variations on a theme

So apparently I'm drawn to the concept of smashing faces or impending face smashing. Also I attempted a batman redesign based on the knightfall series (nasal voice in full effect).

I'm thinking about placing in a background and hitting up the body with some more detail. Background and detail level suggestions much appreciated.

Dorktown and Christmas work continue with this image of batman for my uncle. This is the undersketch. I'm in the middle of painting the image in a grayscale style. I'll have that posted up next week.
